All sales are final. If something is not working it will be noted on the site and you will be told again before you purchase the item. I am currently logging all repairs on the games in stock and will keep a record for my customers to have.
I will do my best to help customers after the sale with finding part replacements and answering questions. If you want to own a classic video game then you are gonna need to know about the games and how they work, it's just a good idea. There is a lot of documentation and other sources on the net for anyone to learn about these games. I am posting technical links on my site to help as much as I can.
